Chris Kapilla has 20 years of software development experience. He has worked as a consultant for much of that time, but also as a programmer and manager for Wall Data in the 90's. He began Kapilla Consulting in 1995 and most enjoys working on website projects unless he is working on a desktop product unless he is working on a server product.
